My First Headlining Gig @ Merdekarya !

Three words to describe my first headlining experience:

Absolutely f*ckin surreal.

Though it might not have been such a big deal to many, no matter how small the venue was or the fact that it was around 40 people who came to support, it meant the absolute world to me to be given the chance to front my very own one hour set.

The preparation leading up to it was long and arduous, and there were several bumps along the way, but I am so grateful for how everything turned out in the end.

Thank you so much to Melani for contacting me and setting me up with this opportunity. Thank you to the technical crew and everyone else working behind the scenes at the venue.

My Sessionists

Huge thank you to Andy, my guitar sessionist for the night for getting the band together, and figuring out all the logistics of the equipment and sound. Thank you to Robert and Jorn for being such an integral part of the set on such short notice, it was so much fun playing with you all.

Shaun

Thank you so much for playing one of my favorite songs with me. You are such a talented musician and I'm so honored to have been able to share the stage with you. Thank you for opening for me as well.

Hong Jin and Vialin

Thank you guys so much for opening for me, you were so great ! Takes a lot of courage to open mic on the first try, and I'm so happy your first try was opening for me.

Thank you mom and dad for always supporting me and believing in me.

My Friends

Thank you guys for showing your support by coming to see me perform, it meant the world to me to have all of you there. Definitely made the whole thing a little less scary.
